Campbeltown rules.
Cadenhead’s is one of those independent bottlers that you can’t imagine the world without. It is the oldest independent bottler in Scotland, with a history going back to 1842, and they have a long track record of bottling fantastic whisky’s.
Recently, they have launched a new series – the Original Collection. In this tasting, we’ll taste 5 whisky’s of this new series. As a treat, we also add two older bottlings from our personal collection. these two, we personally bought in the Campbeltown shop back in 2013! One is a 21yo Balblair, the other a 17yo Clynelish matured in a sherry cask (pretty special stuff!).
The tasting will be hosted by Cameron McGeachy from Cadenhead’s, who will be talking to us from the HQ in Campbeltown. The session will be uin English!

- Caol Ila 10yo

- Clynelish 17yo Sherry Cask (1995-2013)
- Balblair 21yo (1990-2011)
A maximum of 34 people can join this tasting. Tickets for Belgian and Dutch addresses can be ordered through the form below. If you want to join from abroad, please get in touch with us (jeroen@meug.be) to get a quote on shipping costs.
Price: €40 (or €47.50 incl. shipping to Belgium, 55€ including shipping to Netherlands)).
Samples can also be picked up a week before the tasting in Schilde or Antwerp (please indicate your preference when ordering) – we will notify you when samples are made.
A link for the tasting will be sent in the days before the tasting, to your email-address.
This tasting will be held in English.
If you get more than one sample-set, you only need to pay for shipping once.
